We pride ourselves on providing the best! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return/exchange your unused item fur free, plus we cover the cost of return postage.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your item arrives safely.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and we cannot control the timing of these processes.

 

Exchanges
